• Nicola Foundation does not sell physical goods; however, for any merchandise, event materials, or donation receipts:
  • Digital receipts are sent via email immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Physical materials (if applicable) will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
• Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the donor.
• Shipping costs (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly before donation or purchase.
