As per known source data, India today is facing acute storage of skilled workforce, according to government recent skilled gap analysis concludes that by 2002, another 109 million or so skilled workers will be needed in 24 key sectors of the economy. To further addressing the issue the, Government of India has taken multiple initiative to fill the gap, Nicola Foundation is the pioneer in bridging the demand and supply gaps, of the industrial workforce. Here Nicola Foundation has extended a supporting rest arm to both the Central and State government thru funded skill development schemes such as PMKVY, NAPS, DDUGKY, TNDC etc. Our foundation here has also taken initiatives for the needy people to eradicate and reduce the unemployment. Exceptionally we focus on school/college dropouts coming from economically and socially weaker section of the society giving them exclusive opportunities growth, these programs also gives youth a stable platform to identify their caliber to showcase their employability potential skills.
Our foundation further conducts upskilling, reskilling and digital skilled programs for working professional so that they can retain themselves in same employment with powerlifting their upgrade levels so as to the can adapt to new updated technologies here apart from giving training, we also encourage deserving candidates with a driving initiative to starting their own enterprises.
