Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the essential key duties of the industries. Nicola Foundation makes their responsibility to get fulfilled by instigating and implementing the special programs and aids various corporate strategies for CSR activities, conceptual proposals across various themes like Skill development, Education, Environmental sustainability, Eradicating hunger and Poverty, Reducing child Mortality (Vitamin deficiency diseases), Livelihood, Woman empowerment/Gender Equality, Food Waste management, Technology Incubation, Agriculture development and Vocational skills etc.
Nicola Foundation has emerged as a prestigious and sincere organization by implementing and accelerating CSR projects/activities of many renowned companies and we are coordinating with them to make a good impact on the society through CSR activities and CSR funds.
By adjoining companies constantly, we are in a path of serving the society through the CSR activities. Nicola Foundation has made an impact and has created a positive vibe amidst CSR sponsors and the beneficiaries by successfully implementing and completing the CSR projects. Nicola Foundation makes the strategy for the sustainability of the project after its completion and we are looking forward to bridge with many industries and help them out to fulfil and successfully complete their corporate responsibility/corporate citizenship

In alignment with SDG goal 4, quality education we have developed lifelong learning and gearing platform for our beneficiaries, we recognize the fact that just obtaining and entry level job after completion of skill training program is just not sufficient for achieving sustainable income and economic growth that keeps pace with inflation, therefore, we have partnered with universities and professional bodies to offer part-time, work integrated, blended, online distance diploma and degree programs to our beneficiaries upgrading them to gain professional qualification and uplifting their career portfolio with their correct companies or even in transition to higher level designation in other organization.
Today hunger and poverty has emerged as a major peak on crisis faced throughout the country, as a result sleep hunger deprived on empty stomach resulting to serious health related issues and in some extreme cases to death. The initiative through CSR projects here is basically for needy people getting adequate food, wherein resolving the hunger issues and rundown to people to get basic essentials. This act of mercy is to gradually eradicate hunger and poverty issues from the society by means of support, the drastic chances of illness will reduce down. Here are volunteers and staffs are focuses with personal hygiene and sanitation practices for maintaining the quality standards in food handling. Many companies here have joined hands to good cause on the path giving a helping hand to society. Through CSR funds to eradicate poverty and hunger. This scheme ensures to social and economic change in the society.
Here many so called assumptions are made by society on gender bias terms differentiating woman social positions and those variances include inequality, incapable power relations among genders, this erratically snatches the rights equally sworn for a woman which rightly deserving. Woman empowerment here refers to the process of increasing women’s access to control over the strategic life choices affecting them to access they rightly deserve, Here we make woman feel empowered by conducting woman empowerment programs, by creating job opportunities, better livelihood, by establishing petty startups (promoting women entrepreneurs) by providing them free skill training, Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) training.
